Refund policy

I do my best to communicate with my clients before an order is completed. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. 

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before I ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, I take full responsibility.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Simply send me a message to let me know you are returning the item. Carefully repack the item in the original packaging, and pay for the return shipping to me. Once I have received the item, I will refund you the full purchase price.

I generally ship with Canada Post within 1-3 business days of payment.
If you need something quickly, please let me know and I can do what I can to make that happen.

To start a return, you can contact us at shapedbymyjourney@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders.
