Shipping policy

For international shipping, please contact me directly so I can offer you the best shipping options for your parcel.

I generally ship with Canada Post within 1-3 business days of payment.
If you need something quickly, please let me know and I can do what I can to make that happen.

My pebble art pieces ship very well.  The glue I use is extremely strong and flexible, which is perfect to endure the challenges that the parcel may encounter during their travels.

I offer free delivery in the Sarnia area, free pick up in Sarnia, Camlachie.  If you are within a few hours from Sarnia, please don't hesitate to contact me, I might be able to save you shipping cost/time.  I have a few drop-off locations in London, ON.   If I'm participating in a show near your area, I'd be happy to make arrangements to meet up halfway.

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before I ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, I take full responsibility, please, do get in touch so I can fix or replace the piece.

Please know that your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.  To start a return, you can contact me at shapedbymyjourney@gmail.com.  I’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
