This piece has very unique pieces. 

Most pieces start with an incredible find.  That stone or driftwood dictates the size and style of the rest of the project.  In this case, it was the stone used for the girl's head, which appears to have a natural hairline giving her a beautiful profile and hairstyle.

The large sea glass used for her skirt was picked up on the beaches of Belize.  

The locking driftwood came from the shores of Lake Huron.
