Let me know what the makeup of the family unit is ( how many adults, children, pets...).  Then, stones reflecting this family unit are set in front of their new home with a key on a rock and the date.

A picture of the new home can be found through the realtor's website, the house listing, or even  Google maps  (I'd be happy to help if you provide me with the address of the property)
