The background of the first piece is an actual picture of this doctor's office, as well as a painting, was done by their 3-year-old daughter.  

The second is set on a beach since this is where this massage therapist would like to retire.  Their certificate hangs on the palm tree.

 In the fourth picture; Bill, a 75-year-old Chiropractor/Naturopath who retires, and his sister-in-law had this piece made for him. She personalized it not only with decorations from his office but added special touches that reflected his personality. It had to be colorful tie (we used beach glass) socks with Birkenstock (used coral for the feet and California desert wood for his Birkenstock. His top is from Roatan, and depending on how the sun hits it, the stone looks either silver or gold.
