A Step Into Adventure

There’s something wonderfully playful about this little explorer climbing among the rocks, reaching for the next step and discovering where the adventure might lead.

The naturally shaped stones create the rocky landscape, while the figure climbs through it, suspended from a simple strand of natural fibre. I love that the stones' natural shapes and textures give the scene its character without needing to be altered.

Perhaps it's a reminder of a child who was always climbing, exploring and looking for the next adventure. Or maybe it's simply a reminder that sometimes you have to take the next step before you know where it will lead.
